COMMITTEE
DESCRIPTIONS
A
person from each committee should give a report on committee's
activities (if applicable) at the regular club meetings. Ad Hoc
committees can be appointed by the club president at any time to
carry out special projects.

BYLAWS - The Board of Directors
shall sit as the Bylaws Committee. They shall be responsible for
the assemblages and wording of the bylaws and amendments as well
as the formulation and publication of general policies adopted by
the club. The committee will also be responsible for making
available to all club members and/or prospective members, copies
of the club bylaws.

CAR SHOW
- This committee will coordinate and develop the annual
club sponsored car show including: advertising
flyer, registration process, judging, awards, door prizes,
class designations, and meals.

DIRECTORY - The club President
and committee members develop and print a directory of club
members each year. The club directory is distributed to all
members at the regular March meeting. The directory will include
member names, addresses, phone numbers, calling committee, mission
statement, and other club information.

HOSPITALITY
- Committee members will coordinate and provide through donation
and/or purchase, refreshments at the club meetings or special
events, other than the Swap Meet and the annual club car
show.

NEWSLETTER- This
committee will publish a monthly newsletter to all members that
includes: brief notes on the monthly meeting minutes,
announcements, events schedule, technical tips, feature articles,
and classified ads.

SOCIAL
CORRESPONDENT - The Social Correspondent
duties include sending cards and/or flowers to club members and/or
their immediate family with illnesses, to the families of deceased
members, or other special needs.

SWAP MEET - The Swap Meet Committee is
directed by the Board and Swap Meet Coordinator.
This activity is the main source of income for the club.
Therefore, it is essential for the club's financial success. All
club members are considered members of this committee and are
asked to do their fair share to assist with the Swap Meet
duties.

TECH SESSIONS - This committee will
schedule technical sessions throughout the year to assist members
with restoration projects, education and maintenance of antique
automobiles.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT - Tool committee
members will investigate and make recommendations to the club
regarding the purchase of tools or equipment. It will also be the
responsibility of this committee to oversee and monitor the use of
tools for club members.

TOURS - This committee will develop
and coordinate at least four tours, road rallies, special
showings, and/or other events for member participation with their
classic and antique automobiles.
